Orders typically take between a few days and three weeks as the majority of our shoes are made to order. Most of the time, we make up our online orders within a week. We aim to stock particular styles which can also reduce delivery time for you. Recently (December 2013), we partnered with some new couriers which enable faster delivery throughout the UK and around the globe. Delivery times are estimated as the following;
UK - Orders are delivered the next working day after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
For Mainland Europe, EEA & Switzerland - you'll receive your order within 3-7 working days of your shipping confirmation email.
For the rest of Europe - you'll receive your order within 3-10 working days of your shipping confirmation email.
For North America & the Middle East - you'll receive your order within 4-10 working days of your shipping confirmation email.
For Asia, Africa, Central America and South America - you'll receive your order within 5-10 working days of your shipping confirmation email.
For the Far East & Australasia - you'll receive your order within 5-9 working days of your shipping confirmation email.
Items listed with 'Usually ships in 24 hours' will be dispatched within one working day of the order being received, whilst other items will have varying delivery times which are indicated on their product pages. Please check each item for an estimate on delivery.
With regard to shipping prices, the cost of your order's shipping is dependent on the total weight of your order and you can find the shipping rates by clicking here. Typically, one pair of ladies shoes is 0.6kg, and a Gentleman's pair of shoes is around 0.9kg.
For UK orders, there is no limit to the weight we can send out, and your parcels will be sent via Interlink, although you can request Royal Mail Signed For services in the 'Order Comments' box on the payment page.
Orders from outside of the UK
For orders coming from outside of the UK, all orders will be dispatched using an international courier. We can send up to 2kg using this service, however if the weight of your order exceeds this amount, then we'll get in touch with you to offer a less expensive service as we have a network of couriers that may offer a more competitive price for you. Should you get to the check-out and your order exceeds 2kg, then shipping will not appear on your order, and instead, when you place an order we will email you as soon as possible with a best quote for your orders shipping. It is only after this that we will confirm and take payment for your order.
