Orders typically take between a few days and three weeks as the majority of our shoes are made to order. We aim to stock particular styles which can reduce delivery time.

Items listed with 'Usually ships in 24 hours' will be dispatched as soon as the order is received, whilst other items will have varying delivery times. Please check each item for an estimate on delivery.

With regard to shipping prices, the cost of your order's shipping is dependent on the total weight of your order.

UK orders

For UK orders, there is no limit to the weight we can send out, and your parcels will be sent via Royal Mail, with the shipping cost added to your order when you make your payment.

Orders from outside of the UK

For orders coming from outside of the UK, we will send up to 2kg of your order via Royal Mail, and if your order exceeds this amount, we will use a different courier which will work out cheaper than Royal Mail. Should you get to the check-out and your order exceeds 2kg, then shipping will not appear on your order, and instead, when you place an order we will email you as soon as possible with a quote for your orders shipping. It is only after this that we will confirm and take payment for your order.
