HOW TO PREPARE FOR A COMPETITION: The best way of preparing for a big competition is to gain inspiration from someone or something.
HOW TO RELAX AFTER A COMPETITION: To possibly take your brain away from dancing for a little bit to enjoy the world outside of dance. Big competitions can be very intense starting from the preparation all the way to the end of the comp. Therefore, it's best to give your mind a break.
