Hand-Crafting Dance Shoes Since 1981
We’ve been lovingly crafting Ballroom & Latin American dance shoes in Milton Keynes, just north of London, for over 40 years. Founded by Rashmi Patel — who still works on our factory floor today — we’re a true family business where passion and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we do.
Throughout our 40+ years, we've become one of the world's leading brands for dance footwear, exporting far and wide, working with some of the world's best dancers as well as famous TV shows too with our shoes worn on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing here in the UK and Dancing with the Stars over in the USA too. In 2020 we won a Queen's Award for Enterprise in the International Trade category- a wonderful reward for lot's of hard work and commitment!
What makes us different is that we are proudly made in Britain. Having our own factory means we can be very flexible in what we offer. Pretty much all our designs are available on different heels and in different fittings so that dancers can dance every step in exceptional comfort. We've worked with respected dance physiotherapists to help us build insoles that offer an unrivalled feeling (you can read more about the comfort and health of our shoes here). Our unique challenge as a business is to create footwear that looks elegant, but inside feels like the comfiest of athletic shoes - and we love this challenge and we're constantly trying to raise the bar.

We're a passionate family business which is run between founder Rashmi Patel and son Justin. Rashmi still manages our factory floor whilst Justin runs the business and we have an incredibly experienced team whether that be our shoemakers, or our team advising you on your sizing and helping to place your order. We have around 30 people in total across the business all working very hard, every day to bring you a range of excellent products backed up by an excellent service and value.
