HOW TO PREPARE FOR A COMPETITION: We try to be ready for all competition at the same way, we believe that the best preparation start in the dance floor in our studio practicing our technique and having lessons with our teachers. Another aspect very important is the preparation of our body in the gym where weekly we are followed by a personal trainer. At last but not the least all the details as dresses, make up, hair style, tail-suit, shoes must be perfect.
HOW TO RELAX AFTER A COMPETITION: We use the day after competition to relax, often are the days that we travel back home or we move to other cities.
MOST RESPECTED OPPONENT COUPLE: Honestly we are concentrated to improve our dance and we believe that the only person to beat is ourselves.
ADVICE FOR ANY YOUNG DANCER READING THIS: Never give in to the temptation to try a shorter road to reach the success, Who arrives alone with their legs always has the longest road.
