We’re pleased to announce the early launch of our Click & Collect service for the May Blackpool Dance Festival!
We know that many of our customers come from all around the world to visit this prestigious event, and we thought we’d make it easy for you to order shoes in advance so that you can have your shoes ready and save on postage costs.
Our Click & Collect service for the May Blackpool Dance Festival is free and the service allows you to buy anything from the website, rather than just have our exhibition stock available to you at the event itself.
Whilst we do offer different heel and width variations on the stand, we do advise dancers looking for very particular combinations to order in advance.
To use our Click & Collect service, just select the shipping option ‘May Blackpool Dance Festival Collection’ when completing your order and we’ll make up your shoes and have them put aside ready for you to collect at the festival from the first day, which is the 22nd May. The final day for collections will be the last day, the 30th May.
For collections, our stand will not be in its regular place this year due to the Olympia Hall being closed. We’re now up near the entrance of the Ballroom, opposite the ticket office occupying stand number one. Quite fitting how stand number one is reserved for the number one dance shoe brand out there isn’t it?
We’ll be removing the option for Blackpool May Dance Festival Click & Collect on the 15th May just so that we can ensure everything can be made up. If you have any queries at all then please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone (+44(0)1908 319937) or via email (sales@ids-danceshoes.co.uk).
Don’t forget that we can also take orders on the stand too! If you arrive at our stand looking for a different style or fitting to what we have available on the stand, then we’ll be able to make these shoes up and have them ready for collection later on in the week! Please note that this isn’t available for some styles and to guarantee collection for later in the week, please do visit us as early on during the festival as possible.
Please note that for orders for collection at Blackpool from outside the EU where VAT is not applied, we will have to charge for VAT before the event as per law on collection of shoes from within the UK. We will though have a fully completed VAT refund form ready for collection with the shoes when you come to collect them. The form can be submitted upon your departure from the UK for the VAT refund. If you place an order from outside of the EU for collection at Blackpool, we'll be in touch within a 1-3 working days to collect a payment for VAT.
