Valerio and Anna are very much established as one of the world's finest Professional Ballroom couples, consistently winning all of the major competitions around the world. Representing USA, they have been dancing together since 2022 and joined the #IDSEliteTeam in 2022.
Valerio usually wears our 'Contra Pro' in Black Patent though he's also been known to perform in our 'Contra Pro' in Black Lycra which is a look that matches nicely with the tail suit trousers. Angelo Gaetano & Clarissa Morelli
After splitting from previous partners, Angelo & Clarissa were recommended to have tryouts together in 2012 however they were both completely against dancing with each other! They did join up a few years later though and since then they've grown fantastically as a couple, and recently made the move to Professional
Their inspirations are Mirko Gozzoli and Alessia Betti, and away from dance, Clarissa is addicted to fitness whilst Angelo enjoys football.

Pasquale Farina & Sofie Koborg
Pasquale and Sofie have been dancing together since 2010 and have been a part of our #IDSEliteTeam longer than most couples! Whilst Pasquale is the most bossy, Sofie is the most creative and their favourite dance is the Slowfox. Their best dancing memory is their first Semi-Final appearance at the European Championships in Copenhagen in 2018. They both like shopping, socialising with friends, fitness and yoga whilst Pasquale enjoys football too.
They love our shoes for the comfort and support they get and like that they can order narrower and wider shoes for the perfect fit. Jia Nan Peng (Phillip) & Jia Ci Zhong (Joanne)
Phillip & Joanne joined our #IDSEliteTeam in 2018 and are part of an extremely talented generation of Chinese Ballroom dancers. They won the Amateur Rising Star Ballroom in Blackpool in 2014 and have since become regular finalists in the major competitions throughout the world having made their first Blackpool Amateur Ballroom final in 2018. They have recently made the move to Professional.
Their favourite dance is the foxtrot and in their spare time back in their hometown in Beijing, Joanne is a keen reader and Phillip likes to play games online!

Chong He (Charles) & Shan Jing (Sara) 
Charles & Sara will forever be in our history as the first Chinese couple in our #IDSEliteTeam having been with us since October 2011!!
We've been incredibly proud to see this charming couple move their way up through the Amateur Ballroom rankings, winning Blackpool, the UK Open, the International Championships and the World Championships before moving up to Professional in October 2018.
They started dancing together in 2005, having met in their dance school. Charles is the most bossy, and does Kung Fu in spare time, whilst Sara is the more creative one in the partnership and their favourite dance is the Foxtrot.

Oleksii and Rikako met in Manchester in 2007 and married in August 2020. They are based in Tokyo, Japan. Their favourite dance is the Foxtrot and their proudest moment was winning the Japanese Championship. They idolise their coaches, #IDSEliteTeam legends Emanuel Valeri and Tania Kehlet and away from dancing they enjoy to cook.
